SYPS CEO and original founder, Daniel Victor, has over 7 years of experience as an product manager, scrum lead, and automation engineer for Fortune 10 and Fortune 100 companies. His experience in other entrepreneurial ventures, and prior exits, will be a key factor in the beginning and evolution of SYPS. Additionally, SYPS face of the business is well poised to tap into his Engineering Management degree and optimize the efficiency of the business to maximize profits.   

Austin brings over a decade of engineering expertise and nearly as many years of startup leadership to SYPS, making him a cornerstone of our business and technical strategy. He led our hydration product line from concept to mass production—cutting costs by 55% since pilot run, optimizing global supply chains, and helping secure early private funding. His leadership was key in taking Syps to national visibility, including a debut on a product-based Amazon Prime show.

Before Syps, he co-founded and scaled multiple startups, including one that reached $150K ARR before acquisition. In addition to his work at Syps, Austin actively consults with early-stage startups and small businesses, helping them navigate product development, operations, and go-to-market strategy. His blend of technical and business acumen makes him uniquely effective at turning early-stage ideas into scalable, high-impact operations.
