Return Policy

When any purchase made directly from HID SIPS LLC, aka "SYPS", online or through our call centers specifically includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, products purchased pursuant to such offers may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (not including any original processing and handling fees). HID SIPS LLC will refund the purchase price, and may provide a product exchange upon request. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise the 30-day money back guarantee by following the instructions below:
How to Return an Item:
- You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product along with the order number and a signed letter stating your full name, telephone number, address, and the reason for the return. Please contact our customer service center to start processing your return by calling us at (512) 766-0126 or emailing us at info@sypshydration.com.
- If the return is being requested due to a defect with the product or similar issue, return shipping will be paid courtesy of SYPS. Otherwise, a return shipping invoice will be sent to your email on file, or the price of the return shipping may be deducted from your refund (shipping label receipts can be provided upon request)
- Once invoice is paid, we will generate a return label for you to place on your shipping box. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.
- Drop off package at your local shipping facility as specified in the Return Instructions email (Typically USPS or UPS). Note: HID SIPS LLC (aka SYPS) is not responsible for any lost or damaged product during the return shipment. We advise you to obtain a receipt from your local shipping location for your records upon drop-off.
Return Exceptions:
Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.
If the condition of the product is poor upon return, you may be charged a 5-10% restocking fee.
This policy is not to be confused with the manufacturer's warranty which continues even after this 30-day return policy expires.
