SYPS was founded in March 2022 in Austin, Texas. SYPS (formerly HID SIPS) was founded to help people Hydrate Better. SYPS guiding principles are that one should not have to choose between comfort or convenience, style or satisfaction, and feasibility or finances. 

SYPS first product, the patent-pending "HydraLamp™" is the first of the company's products brought to market. "HydraLamp™" entered the market in November of 2023 and has been helping hundreds of customers stay hydrated ever since. Since then, SYPS has developed a series of products that bring fresh and filtered water to the fingertips of customers wherever they need convenient hydration.
