At SYPS, we’re all about convenience—and that includes getting your hydration solutions delivered safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship our products to you.

SYPS currently ships to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Canada

  • The UK

  • Australia

  • Select European countries

If your location isn’t listed, email us at info@sypshydration.com —we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it ships.

Note: During high-demand periods (like product launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll keep you updated.


🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected method.

All shipping rates will appear before you complete your purchase on Shopify.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your order every step of the way.


🌐 International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

We use trusted shipping partners such as:

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international)

The carrier used will depend on your shipping location and selected method at checkout.


Shipping Issues

SYPS is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect address entry
