Manufacturer Warranty

When any purchase is made directly from HID SIPS LLC, aka "SYPS", online or through a third-party marketplace, the product specifically includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Products purchased pursuant to such offers qualify within 365 days of receipt of the product. 

The manufacturer warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year(s) from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor / expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product. Claims are only accepted upon presentation of the sales receipt.

How to Exercise Your Warranty:

  1. You must inform the HID SIPS LLC (aka SYPS) team about the defect of the item within 365 days of receipt of the product along with the order number and a written communication stating your full name, telephone number, address, and a description of the issue. Please contact our customer service center to start processing your return by calling us at (512) 766-0126 or emailing us at info@sypshydration.com.
  2. If the issue is determined to be a defect with the product or similar issue, and the item is determined it needs to be returned for repair, return shipping will be paid courtesy of SYPS. If a replacement is determined to be issued, replacement product shipping will be paid courtesy of SYPS. Otherwise, a return shipping invoice will be sent to your email on file or email provided.
    1. Once invoice is paid, we will generate a return label for you to place on your shipping box. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.
  3. Drop off package at your local shipping facility as specified in the Warranty Instructions email (Typically USPS or UPS). Note: HID SIPS LLC (aka SYPS) is not responsible for any lost or damaged product during the return shipment. We advise you to obtain a receipt from your local shipping location for your records upon drop-off.
